Instructions
Objective:
The objective of Drop Dead is to score the most points by rolling specific combinations with five dice.
Materials:
- 5 dice per player
- A scorecard or a way to keep track of scores.
Setup:
- Designate a player as the scorekeeper and create a scorecard. The scorecard typically consists of six rounds, labeled "1" through "6," each representing different combinations.
Rolling Dice:
- In each round, players take turns rolling all five dice at once.
Playing the Round:
- The goal of each round is to roll specific combinations as follows:
- Round 1: Ones
- Round 2: Twos
- Round 3: Threes
- Round 4: Fours
- Round 5: Fives
- Round 6: Sixes
- Players take turns in a clockwise order.
Scoring:
- Points are recorded on the scorecard based on the following rules:
- For each die showing the target number for that round (e.g., ones in round 1), the player scores one point.
- If a player rolls all five dice showing the target number for that round, they score a bonus of 10 points for that round.
Completing All Rounds:
- Players complete all six rounds, one for each target number (1 through 6), scoring points based on the combinations rolled in each round.
Winning the Game:
- The player with the highest total score at the end of all six rounds is declared the winner.
Variations:
- If you would like to add a variation to these rules, leave an Amazon review with the variation in the review for it will be added to this section.
